Replies Everywhere is a product of qFido LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to support@replieseverywhere.com or made by phone at 1-307-381-0112.

To operate the product, we process account and workspace information, user identities and roles, billing and subscription status, connected Google Business Profile data, reviews, reply drafts and published replies, Reply Context, Reply Triggers, notification preferences, and webhook configuration.

If you subscribe to marketing email, we process your email address, explicit consent, consent timestamp and wording version, signup page, referral or campaign information, and any requested lead magnet. Our servers and service providers may also receive ordinary technical request data needed to deliver and protect the website.

We use this information to provide requested features, isolate accounts, enforce permissions, connect authorized review profiles, generate and manage replies, operate scheduling and retries, deliver notifications and opted-in marketing email, administer subscriptions, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and provide support.

• Google Business Profile supplies authorized review-profile and review data and receives replies you choose or configure the product to publish.
• OpenAI processes the information needed to generate private reply drafts.
• Creem is merchant of record and handles checkout, payment methods, taxes, invoices, receipts, payment recovery, and billing records. Replies Everywhere does not collect card details directly.
• Emailit delivers product email and manages opted-in newsletter contacts, subscriptions, suppressions, bounces, complaints, and unsubscribes.

After product access ends, the account is read-only for six months. Product data remains visible, but polling, AI generation, publication, notifications, and webhooks stop. We send permanent-deletion warnings 30 days, 7 days, and 24 hours before the retention deadline.

At the deadline, we permanently delete customer content, workspaces, connected profiles, provider credentials, reviews, replies, drafts, templates, context, memberships, webhook configuration, and queued work. Legally required Creem invoices and transaction records are outside this deletion promise. Email suppressions may also be retained so we can honor an unsubscribe or complaint.

You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in an email or by contacting support. You may also ask to access, correct, export, or delete information associated with you. We will honor rights required by the law that applies to you; those mandatory rights are not limited by this policy.

Account and workspace data are isolated across customers. Provider credentials and webhook signing secrets are encrypted at rest and are not exposed after their defined one-time reveal. No system is completely secure. Contact support@replieseverywhere.com with a privacy or security concern.
