Replies Everywhere is provided by qFido LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. The product helps businesses and agencies generate, manage, schedule, and publish replies to customer reviews. Google Business Profile is the only review platform supported at launch.

You may connect and manage only profiles you are authorized to operate. You are responsible for accurate account information, the people you invite, the permissions you grant, and activity under your account. Each account has one Account Owner and may include Admins, Responders, and Viewers with different permissions.

OpenAI is used to generate private reply drafts from review content and the context and rules you provide. You control whether a reply is edited, scheduled, or published, including any automation you configure. Sensitive or high-risk content identified by the product is held for attention, but automated safeguards are not guaranteed to identify every situation. You remain responsible for the replies published for your profiles.

The launch trial lasts 14 days, requires a card, includes one Profile Slot, the Account Owner, and unlimited Viewers, and does not charge during the trial. It converts automatically to a monthly paid subscription unless the Account Owner cancels before the deadline displayed in Billing.

Paid subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Profile Slots are $9.99 each per month. The Account Owner is included, Admins and Responders are $5 each per month, and Viewers are free. Creem is merchant of record and handles checkout, payment methods, taxes, invoices, receipts, payment recovery, and billing records. Provider-confirmed payment state, not a browser return from checkout, controls access.

Only the Account Owner can cancel through Billing. Canceling before the displayed trial deadline prevents the first charge. For a paid subscription, cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the applicable paid-through period. Canceling does not automatically refund a previous charge. Payments are generally non-refundable. If you have a concern, contact support@replieseverywhere.com. We review requests case by case and may offer a refund at our discretion. This does not affect any refund rights required by applicable law.

After access ends, the account is read-only for six months. Existing product data remains visible, while polling, AI generation, publication, notifications, and webhooks stop. We send deletion warnings before permanently deleting product data at the retention deadline. Legally required Creem invoices and transaction records are outside that deletion promise.

The service depends on providers including Google Business Profile, OpenAI, Creem, and Emailit. Provider authorization, review access, AI generation, payment processing, and email delivery can be delayed, interrupted, or changed by those providers. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that generated content will be suitable without your review.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This choice of law does not remove or limit any consumer protection, refund, privacy, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the law applicable to you.
